Who We Are
We are a team of veteran software architects and engineers who love the craft of software engineering and possess the depth of technical knowledge as well as the execution abilities to transform complex business initiatives into viable technology products and platforms. Our approach to software engineering is holistic -- taking into account not just the technical factors, but also product factors, organizational and human factors as well as cost, time, and operational models. Our success lies in understanding the why of software engineering practices and their fundamentals. We practice what we recommend, and our advice is always based on real world experience and results.
We are trend setters and pioneers in the space of internet and digital media technologies. Whether it is the creation of the first template-driven publishing system for the newly formed CNN.com, a client-side streaming DVR for CNN Pipeline, a community platform in record time, a video player platform that can rival or beat commercial offerings or building an enterprise class content management system that can be sold as a product due to its domain fit and quality, we have repeatedly demonstrated that we can execute and accomplish the client's business goals with solutions that have produced measurable business value and ROI.
We were early adopters of SCRUM and have an impeccable track record of delivering systems using agile development processes and practices. We have been working together for more than a decade, and have worked extensively with the engineering groups of other organizations as a team. Whether it is working as part of other groups or a separate team, we have always ensured the success of the client initiatives we participate in.
We choose projects to work on carefully; however when we commit to a project, our clients can count on us that we will get it done with quality and fidelity no matter how hard or complex the target may be.
